The Sales Expert role is a full-time, on-site position based in the City of Bristol store. The Sales Expert will:
- Welcome and engage customers on the showroom floor
- Understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture and home solutions that match their style and budget
- Demonstrate product features
- Prepare accurate quotations
- Process sales
- Support customers throughout the buying journey
- Maintain a well-presented store environment
- Update product knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and store sales targets
The role involves providing high-quality customer service before and after purchase, helping to build long-term customer relationships and uphold NCF Living’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, focused on building trust and satisfaction
- Clear and confident Communication skills, including the ability to explain product features and options
- Experience in furniture, homewares, or a similar retail environment is beneficial
- Ability to work weekends and peak retail hours, with flexibility to support store needs
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively within a team
