Job Description About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Sales Finance Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. This role lies within the UKI business unit, reporting into our Sales Finance Lead - Mults as part of our Retail Sales team. The delivery of growth objectives in Tesco will be your primary goal. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders! What you’ll do Performance Management - Own the annual budget, i.e. target setting and opportunity identification for the Tesco business. Deliver concise, actionable insights to Sales Leadership on customer level plan and performance. Joint Business Planning - Lead financial modelling and business‑case validation for JBPs; set approval thresholds that deliver ROI and own accrual governance. Cross-Customer Strategies – Support on customer strategy building, i.e. holistic frameworks to calibrate cross-customer and channel targets across key financial and non-financial KPIs. Scope includes both long term (3YPs) & short term (yearly budget) RGM Expertise - Bring Revenue Growth Management (RGM) expertise to shape pricing, pack architecture and promotional strategy — translate elasticity, price/value segmentation and price pack architecture into commercial tactics that protect and grow the P&L. Forecasting - Improve forecasting methodology, reporting cadence and core KPIs (net revenue, gross margin, trade‑spend efficiency/ROI, DSO etc.). What you’ll need Work Experience: 6+ years in strategic and commercial finance roles Knowledge: RGM strategy and Commercial P&L for a consumer goods company. Excel, Tableau/Power BI expertise required. Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Professional Attributes Results driven You don’t only focus on your own results, but also do what’s best for the company. Confident / Ability to pushback You’re not easily thrown off your game, and can respectfully pushback when you get resistance. Great teammate Achieving with the team is simply the best. Communication Skills At Kraft Heinz you’ll be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
