Sales & Fleet Executive - Cardiff
Customer Service & Sales Executive
Location: Cardiff Branch (Opening August 2026) Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week)
About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales:
- Inspire every customer interaction with tailored offers that leave a lasting impression
- Handle rental agreements, inquiries, and disputes with professionalism and warmth
- Manage vehicle availability and promotions to drive sales while maintaining service excellence

Vehicle Operations:
- Conduct damage inspections on collection/return at the start and end of rentals
- Reporting, documenting, and confirming damages with customers (ensuring signed agreements)
- Refuel and maintain vehicle standards, including cleaning and valeting
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries/transfers between branches (on-time delivery guaranteed)

Administration & Teamwork:
- Complete h handing paperwork accurately, from booking confirmations to accident reports
- Assist in branch operations, helping teammates while upholding premium brand standards
- Prepared to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to cover customer service needs

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Sales & Service Passion:
- Natural ability to communicate, engage, and convert customers into loyal SIXT patrons
- Enthusiasm for customer-first solutions and innovative deal-making

Customer Relationships:
- Experience in direct customer contact (preferably sales, hospitality, travel, or motoring)
- Ability to adapt quickly under pressure—delivering friendly service even during peak demand

Technical & Administrative:
- Keen attention to detail—spotting vehicle issues, paperwork accuracy, and compliance
- Strong ** проблема**ing and POS system фamiliarity (training provided where needed)

Flexibility & Professionalism:
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence with 12+ months experience for vehicle activities
- Open to shift coverage, including out-of-hours work, to match branch operational hours
