Scalata empowers hedge funds, services, credit originators such as companies or financial institutions, lawyers preparing credit agreements, underwriters, servicers, and holders of assets to build and scale their workflows and use cases with only a 25k investment per annum, depending on the number of users. It also allows for institutions to avoid massive technology debt bills with the evolving scenarios and technologies of generative AI.
Job Title: Partnership and Sales Development Manager
About The Role
As a Partnership and Sales Development Manager, Ideally you are an independent Credit broker of mortgages, receivables invoices, loans or a company arranging those transactions at enterprise and individual level.
You will be at the forefront of our mission to transform credit decision-making processes. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and forging lasting relationships with key players in the financial sector. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing partnerships with key financial institutions and technology providers, driving sales, and ensuring Scalata.ai remains at the forefront of the credit market revolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for building partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
- Forge strategic partnerships and develop sales strategies to promote Scalata.ai’s cutting-edge AI-powered solutions.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and engaging social media campaigns.
- Deeply understand client challenges and provide bespoke financial solutions using our innovative platform.
- Understand and address client challenges, offering tailored solutions that leverage our innovative platform.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners, staying ahead of industry trends and market shifts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize results and refine product offerings.

Qualifications
- Ideally you are an independent Credit broker of mortgages, receivables invoices, loans or a company arranging those transactions at enterprise and individual level.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field.
- Proven success in partnership development and B2B sales, preferably within fintech or financial services.
- A proven track record in partnership development and B2B sales, ideally within fintech or financial services.
- Solid understanding of credit markets, financial workflows, and AI applications in finance.
- Deep understanding of credit markets, financial workflows, and the application of AI in finance.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
