Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Deliver a high standard of customer engagement
- Support client campaigns and business objectives
- Work collaboratively with a motivated team
- Take part in ongoing coaching and development
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or another customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential
