PixelVision builds websites and digital marketing for small and local businesses. We're hiring self-driven Digital Sales Agents to put them in front of the right people.
What makes this different: you don't sell from a brochure. We hand you a curated list of local businesses and a finished website we've already built for each one - your job is to show the owner the modern site we made for them and close. We bring the product, the leads, and the dashboard; you bring the conversations and the closing.
Freelance, commission-only - uncapped earnings, fully remote, your own hours.
How it works:
- We find your leads - using public business directories and mapping data, we identify local businesses with no website, or a poor, outdated one.
- We build each one a finished site before you make contact, so you never sell an idea - you show a real product already made for them.
- Most are clean, single-page sites for businesses with no site; sometimes we rebuild an existing one, and the price scales with the work.

What you'll do:
- Reach out to the businesses on your list and present their ready-made site.
- Handle objections and close the deal.
- Keep your pipeline updated in our dashboard, and hand signed deals to our team to build.
Who you are:
- A confident, self-motivated communicator who's comfortable with rejection.
- At ease with basic online tools. No prior sales experience required - drive matters more than a CV.

Compensation:
- Every lead comes with a suggested price we set and talk through with you, so you always know your target. Single-page sites sell for £200-500; full rebuilds go up to around £2,500.
- Commission-only: 30% of the agreed price, paid on closed deals, and uncapped - £200 → £60, £500 → £150, £2,000 → £600.
- Your commission is on the price you close at. Later changes the client asks for are extra work on our side and aren't commissionable - you keep your full 30% on the price you closed.
- Your jobs are yours - no other agent works the same businesses.
