Sales Host
Head Coach / Sales & Member Experience Lead – Everlast Gyms

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional experience to every prospect, member, and guest, treating every interaction as a sales and retention opportunity.
- Proactively drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and secondary spending, including:
- Food & beverage
- Retail products
- Fitness tools & supplements
- Convert enquiries into memberships through:
- Confident objection handling
- Needs-based selling
- Effective follow-up processes
- Support member retention by:
- Building strong, Trusted relationships
- Identifying members at risk of leaving
- Recommending relevant products/se ind-use cases to enhance results
- Conduct personalised gym tours, aligning services to individual goals and upselling based on their needs.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and club KPIs.
- Act as a key holder when required, ensuring smooth:
- Opening, closing, and shift coverage
- Learn, utilise, and master our membership software and gym systems (training provided).
- Brand ambassador role:
- Promote and participate in Fitness Challenges, Class Concepts, and Workout Wednesday initiatives.
- Drive engagement and participation in fitness programs.
- Contribute to operational excellence:
- Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Present the club floor professionally
- Support the Head Coach with:
- Gym floor resets
- Fitness-related tasks (on and off the floor)
- Knowledgeable about all products, services, and membership offerings.
- Handle member queries and complaints professionally, escalating unresolved issues to a manager where required.
