Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional member experience, treating every interaction as a sales and retention opportunity.
- Proactively drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and secondary spend, including:
- Food & beverage
- Retail products
- Fitness services
- Convert enquiries into memberships through:
- Confident objection handling
- Needs-based selling
- Effective follow-up and personalised communication
- Support member retention by:
- Building strong relationships
- Identifying at-risk members
- Upselling relevant products, classes, and services to enhance results

- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs for sales, retention, and service metrics.
- Hold a key position as required, ensuring:
- Smooth club opening, closing, and shift coverage
- High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and gym floor presentation
- Master membership software and operational systems (training provided).
- Act as a trusted brand ambassador, participating in:
- Current fitness challenges
- Class concepts
- Workout Wednesday initiatives to boost member engagement and participation
- Support the Head Coach with:
- Gym resets
- Ad-hoc fitness tasks on and off the gym floor
- Provide detailed knowledge of products and services.
- Handle member queries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be outgoing, confident, and positive, with a service-driven mindset.
- Be competent in administrative duties and organised.
- Be driven, ambitious, and eager to learn, with a focus on personal and professional development.
- Maintain curiosity and adaptability, embracing training and growth opportunities.
- Be flexible in:
- Working shifts to support business needs
- Covering key holder duties as required
- Availability on weekends and bank holidays
- Demonstrate target focus to support club goals in sales, retention, and business success.

About the Role
