Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Maximise customer experiences: Create seamless, high-touch interactions that upsell memberships, renewals, and secondary services (e.g., food & beverage, retail, workout extras).
- Drive sales & retention:
- Convert inbound enquiries into committed members through persuasive communication, strong objections handling, and follow-ups.
- Build trusted member relationships—identify at-risk clients and upsell tailored services (e.g., supplements, personal training, or specialised classes).
- Personalised engagement:
- Conduct custom gym tours aligned to individual goals, highlighting how facility offerings (e.g., classes, amenities) align with their fitness journey.
- Target achievement: Consistently exceed individual and club performance KPIs.
- Key holder role: Maintain ethical, efficient operations including:
- Shift opening/closing, floor security,Key holder duties.
- Assisting the Head Coach with supplemental tasks (post-training gym resets or flooring maintenance).
- Knowledge & adaptability:
- Master membership software (training provided).
- Act as a brand ambassador for programmes (e.g., Fitness Challenges, Workout Wednesday) to foster community spirit.
- Uphold operational excellence: Ensure cleanliness/hygiene standards and excellent gym presentation at all times.
- Customer service:
- Address member inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to a manager as necessary.
- Foster a pro-business mindset: Embrace flexibility in engaging operational duties (e.g., weekend/holiday availability) to support business targets.
