Job Description
The Role
As a Sales Host, you'll be responsible for creating outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention within the club.
You'll act as a brand ambassador, supporting the club's commercial goals while delivering exceptional service to every member, guest and prospect.

Membership Sales & Retention
- Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members
- Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities
- Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs
- Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques
- Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion
- Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement
- Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets
Customer Experience
- Provide a friendly, professional and welcoming environment for all members and guests
- Handle member queries and concerns efficiently and professionally
- Promote the products, services and fitness solutions available within the club
- Actively support club initiatives, events and member engagement activities
- Represent the Everlast Gyms brand with energy and professionalism
Operational Excellence
- Support the day-to-day operation of the club
- Act as a key holder when required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety
- Support gym floor standards and member-facing areas
- Assist with gym resets and operational tasks where required
- Utilise membership and CRM systems effectively to manage enquiries and member information
Team Contribution
- Work collaboratively with the wider club team to achieve business goals
- Support national campaigns, challenges and initiatives
- Contribute to a positive and engaging club culture
- Take ownership of personal performance and development

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Passion for fitness, customer service and sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive, confident and outgoing personality
- Target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve results
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays
Desirable
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service
- Experience working toward sales or performance targets
- Knowledge of membership sales or customer retention principles
- Experience using sales, booking or membership systems
