Gym Receptionist / Membership Sales Coordinator
40hrs per week

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
- Deliver exceptional service to every prospect, member, and guest, ensuring every interaction is a sales and retention opportunity.
- Proactively drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and secondary revenue streams (food & beverage, retail, and fitness product sales).
- Successfully convert inquiries into memberships through:
- Objection-handling
- Needs-based selling
- Targeted follow-ups
- Build strong member relationships, identify at-risk members, and recommend tailored products/services to enhance retention and results.
- Provide goal-oriented gym tours and upsell offerings that align with individual aspirations.

Operational Excellence
- Hold keys as needed, ensuring smooth opening, closing, and shift coverage.
- Operate and master membership software and business systems (training provided).
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, participating in challenges, classes, and initiatives like Workout Wednesday to boost féél-engagement.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and gym presentation.
- Support the Head Coach with gym resets and fitness-related tasks (both on- and off-floor).

- Handle member inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to management as needed.

Requirements
