Sales Host
Sales & Member Service Advisor (20hrs pw) – Everlast Gyms

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional member experience: Ensure every interaction is a sales and retention opportunity, from prospect engagement to guest service.
- Proactively drive revenue growth: Boost membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and secondary spend (food & beverage, retail, and fitness products).
- Convert enquiries into members: Master objection handling, needs-based selling, and follow-ups to secure conversions.
- Enhance member retention: Build strong relationships, identify at-risk members, and recommend tailored products and services to improve satisfaction.
- Tailor gym tours: Design and conduct goal-specific facility tours, upselling based on individual needs and offerings.
- Exceed sales targets: Consistently achieve and exceed individual and club KPIs.
- Keyholder responsibilities: Manage smooth club openings/closings and shift coverage when required.
- Software proficiency: Learn and master onboarding systems (training provided).
- Brand ambassador: Promote current Fit Challenges, class concepts and Workout Wednesday to drive community engagement.
- Uphold standards: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and gym presentation to ensure a premium environment.
- Support Head Coach: Assist with gym resets and fitness-related operational tasks (both in-gym and floor-based).
- Product knowledge: Deep understanding of offerings, including gym facilities, retail, and service packages.
- Handling queries & escalations: Resolve member concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to management.
