Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional experience to every prospect, member, and guest, treating every interaction as a sales & retention opportunity
- Proactively drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and secondary spend (food & beverage, retail, and fitness products)
- Convert enquiries into memberships through:
- Confident objection handling
- Needs-based selling
- Effective follow-ups
- Support member retention by:
- Building strong relationships
- Identifying at-risk members
- Recommend personalised products & services to enhance experience and results
- Conduct tailored gym tours, aligned with individual goals, and upsell relevant offerings
- Consistently meet/exceed personal and club KPIs
- Act as a competent keyholder, ensuring smooth opening, closing, and shift coverage when required
- Train and master gym membership software and other systems (provided)
- Serve as a trusted brand ambassador, promoting:
- Current Fitness Challenges
- Class concepts
- Workout Wednesday initiative (driving engagement and participation)
- Maintain operational excellence through:
- Cleanliness, hygiene & gym floor presentation (exceeding expectations)
- Assist the Head Coach with:
- Gym resets
- Ad-hoc fitness-related tasks (both on and off the gym floor)
- Knowledgeable about all products and service offerings
- Handle member queries and complaints professionally, escalating as needed

Requirements
Candidates must be:
- Outgoing and confident, with a positive mindset
- Competent at all administrative duties
- Driven and ambitious, with a keenness to learn and develop behaviours pertinent to the role
- Curious about training and ** eager to participate** in personal and career development opportunities
- Willing to flexibly drop into operational keyholder duties as business demands
- Passionate about fitness, sales, and customer service
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and extra duties to support team needs
- Target-driven, aligned with club sales and retention goals for business success
