The Opportunity
What You’ll Do (Key Pillars)
Accurately support Royal Canin’s high-performing key accounts across retail, veterinary, and PRO (Professional) channels:
- Data Insights & Automation: Lead the transformation of account management processes, empowering strategic relationships through actionable data.
- Process Excellence: Enhance sales tracking, visbile sales & EPOS reports, and automating workflows such as rebate invoices and loyalty schemes.
- Sales Improvement Projects: Drive efficiencies with AI and tools like Power Automate, reducing operational friction and improving accountability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with sales teams, finance, and key account managers to ensure systematic improvements.

Responsibilities
- Data & Reporting:
- Build or refine AGILE reporting pipelines (Power BI) for stakeholders.
- Track sales KPIs from customer EPOS systems and automating delivering actionable insights.
- Technologies & Systems:
- Implement Python, Excel-based analytical tools, and automation scripts to standardise processes globally.
- Deploy AI for predictive analytics and workflow automation.
- Compliance & Operations:
- Manage invoicing/promotional rebate approvals (audit trail compliance & stakeholder communication)
- Plan & execute new product launches (timing, sign-offs, deadlines)
- Process loyalty/affinity scheme metrics correctly.
- Stakeholder Relationships:
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure timely insurance (=? “insights” writ).
- Drive process complaint optimisations with cross-project teams.
Key Requirements
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel (ווי׳ט Pivot data processing), Dashboards (Power BI), and system automation. Solid finance/operations knowledge is a plus.
- Process Improvement Expert: Ability to standardise workflows across diverse systems & geographies, identifying ripe areas for automation.
- Project Leadership: Strong PM experience in stakeholder alignment and operational execution (Accountability for sales improvement initiatives).
- Adaptability: Fascinated by AI and digital transformation, with comfort in upskilling.
