Sales Support Role – Retail, Veterinary & PRO Operations

The Role
This Sales Support opportunity at Royal Canin focuses on elevating key account operations across retail, veterinary, and PRO sectors.Your work will centre on:
- Transforming account capabilities through strategic data utilisation and automated tools
- Overseeing processes like proof of purchase (rebate management), invoice handling, new product coordination, and loyalty synergies
- Developing projects that refine sales methods, enhance customer relationships, and streamline business efficiency
- Evolving processes with a strong emphasis on AI and automation, leveraging data-driven insights for smarter, strategic partnerships

- Attention to detail in admin tasks and appetite to innovate workflows
Key Responsibilities
Data & Insights
- Build/deliver regular performance reporting, extracting data from customer systems for powerful sales trackers and EPOS updates.
- Use Power BI to partner strategically with Key Account Managers (KAMs), providing actionable insights.

Process & Automation
- Identify upstream improvements with AI-powered tools and automate repetitive admin tasks.
- Develop self-service solutions and improve cross-market operational efficiencies.
Account Management & Compliance
- Manage customer invoices (approvals, tracing late payments)
- Process promotional rebates while maintaining full audit transparency.
- Administer customer promotional forms—ensuring sign-off deadlines and accurate product updates.
Tooling & Administration
- Support the use of Power Automate for automated workflows.
- Oversee buy-in of KAMs targeting new product launches and loyalty programme integration.
