Sales Internship at FirstMind

Are you passionate about people, psychology, and coaching? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for sales, employee, and leadership development? Do you want to be part of an exceptional organisation with talented, motivated, driven, and committed people—where working with and developing people matters the most?

Your Mission

We are looking for a goal-oriented and people-driven person to join our team in London. Here, you’ll play a key role in helping large and small organisations achieve their targets by supporting employees.

As a Sales Intern at FirstMind, you’ll understand behaviour, coach, and mentor companies to succeed—selling by understanding the potential and challenges of leaders, managers, and employees. You’ll be passionate about helping individuals make better people decisions, both now and in the future.

You’ll be involved in every stage of the sales journey:

  • Lead sourcing, nurturing, and selling
  • 1:1 development conversations with professionals in businesses of all sizes
  • Analysing talent profiles to educate and guide clients
  • Ensuring our solutions help organisations achieve low-risk outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
