Sales Internship - Selfridges

**Position: **6-Month Christian Dior Couture London Selfridges Full-Time Internship

We’re inviting clients to share in Dior’s heritage—the luxury, passion, and artistry of the brand. We seek the same passion in our employees, fuelled by enthusiasm for being part of the House of Dior.

We are now looking for resourceful individuals to join our London Selfridges Consection for a 6-month internship. You will embark on a transformative experience, including:

  • Comprehensive customer service coaching to deliver the highest standards of luxury service
  • Product training to deepen your understanding of Dior’s collections
  • Hands-on learning in a luxury retail environment, supported by experienced mentors to develop sales skills

Requirements:

  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Available for full-time hours (40 hrs/wk, Monday–Sunday), including evenings and weekends

About the Internship

  • Coaching in Christian Dior’s luxury retail standards, customer service excellence, and professional selling techniques.
  • Opportunity to work alongside seasoned Dior teams to cultivate business and industry expertise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong client partnerships, ensuring consistent professionalism in service delivery.
  • Luxury Mindset: Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for luxury, fashion, and Dior’s heritage while engaging responsively with Dior’s world.
  • Performance & Excellence: Uphold the highest operational standards, thriving to meet personal and team goals — reflecting driven motivation.
  • Sales & Leadership: Utilise strong organisational skills to support departmental efficiency and growth.
  • Visual Merchandise & Standards: Contribute to maintaining Christian Dior’s impeccable image, ensuring departmental aesthetics and housekeeping.
