Via is supporting a fast-growing commercial organisation to recruit a Sales Lead to head a successful outbound sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team leader or manager from sales, contact centre, customer service, collections, retention, recruitment or other target-driven environments who enjoys developing people, improving performance and leading from the front.

If you're motivated by coaching others, achieving ambitious targets and creating a positive, high-energy culture, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll take ownership of a team responsible for generating new business through outbound sales activity. Alongside managing day-to-day performance, you'll coach individuals, improve results and help build a high-performing commercial function.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example, support key sales opportunities and work closely with senior leaders to drive growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
