About the Role

We're hiring an ambitious and strategic Sales Lead. This player/manager role sits at the heart of our commercial function, owning a global sales pipeline while also mentoring a small but mighty team of Sales Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the results of the global team - inside and outbound sales
  • Build and manage your own pipeline across international markets, from prospecting to closing
  • Consistently exceed individual revenue targets
  • Ensure your team of inside Sales Executives deliver on their own targets and goals
  • Coach and support your team of four Sales Executives through regular feedback, deal reviews, and mentoring
  • Identify and pursue high value opportunities, building relationships with key decision makers
  • Tailor proposals and presentations to meet each prospect's needs
  • Work closely with the Growth team to improve commercial performance and sales strategy
  • Represent Houst at exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

  • A proven sales background with international market exposure.
  • Experience managing a sales team, you're both a doer and a leader.
  • Success in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and closing deals.
  • Commercially sharp with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, you know how to build and scale a sales pipeline.
  • Comfortable navigating cultural nuances in global markets.
  • Tech-savvy: experience with CRMs and sales enablement tools
