About the Role

We're building an AI Front Office that autonomously runs businesses. Working alongside technical founder Kai Feller (previous company was UK’s largest bootstrapped exit of $300m), we're assembling an elite founding team that moves fast and gets things done.

This is our first dedicated sales hire, whose entire focus is securing new business and going after the larger deals that don't land themselves. There's no sales motion to inherit - you'll have autonomy to build it from the ground up as well as executing it: shaping the strategy, sourcing accounts, running outbound, and closing deals yourself. It's a rare chance to shape a company's commercial foundation from scratch - the revenue you win, and the way you win it, will become the sales engine everything else runs on.

What you’ll do

  • Build the strategy and prove what works - Experiment across channels, messaging, and segments to then scale what works and turn it into a repeatable model that others can follow.
  • Run outbound across every channel - Phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings. Source your own pipeline and pull whichever lever moves the needle.
  • Win the business - Get in front of the right buyers, close them yourself, and get contracts signed. You're measured on deals won, not meetings booked.
  • Feed the front line back in - Bring the good, bad and what is working back to the team so we can sharpen our ICP, positioning, and product.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
