Via is supporting a fast-growing commercial organisation in the search for a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing outbound sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people manager from a sales, contact centre, customer service, collections, recruitment or other target-driven environment who loves developing people, driving performance and leading by example.
Whether you've managed an outbound sales floor, a busy contact centre or a high-performing customer team, this role offers the chance to make a real impact while progressing your leadership career.
The Role
You'll lead a successful outbound sales team, helping individuals achieve their targets while creating an engaging, high-performance culture.
This is a hands-on, player-manager role, so you'll combine coaching and performance management with supporting key commercial opportunities when required. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help shape sales strategy, improve processes and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Deliver regular coaching, 1:1s and performance reviews
- Recruit, onboard and mentor new team members
- Drive outbound sales activity, conversions and revenue performance
- Monitor KPIs, productivity and pipeline performance
- Identify coaching opportunities to maximise individual and team results
- Lead by example through hands-on commercial involvement when required
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Work with senior leaders to improve sales processes and performance
- Foster a positive, energetic and results-driven team culture
What We're Looking For

You'll also have:
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A proven ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics
- Confidence managing performance and providing constructive feedback
- A resilient, positive and commercially focused approach
