Sales Lead – International Summits

Remote / Flexible Working - UK
Up to £65k DOE + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £100k-£120k+)
Contract Opportunity - ongoing

Are you an experienced sponsorship sales professional looking for more autonomy, greater earning potential and the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of an ambitious international events business?

Ark is exclusively partnering with a specialist conference organiser delivering highly respected international summits within a niche tech sector where delegate engagement is exceptionally high and sponsorship demand continues to grow.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven Sales Lead to take ownership of an established portfolio of key accounts while helping shape the future of the commercial function as the business continues to scale.

Rather than stepping into a large corporate structure, you'll join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where your ideas, experience and commercial expertise will genuinely influence the direction of the business.

The Role

This is a strategic, hands-on commercial position combining account management, new business development and sales leadership. You'll:

  • Manage approximately 70 existing sponsor relationships
  • Drive new business growth
  • Refine commercial processes
  • Help develop the wider sales strategy
  • Have the freedom to make decisions, improve how things are done and play a significant role in the continued success of an established international summit portfolio

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
