Job Description: Demand Generation Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to expand market reach and attract new channels.
- Campaign Leadership: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing) to drive conversions and generate high-quality leads.
- Lead Generation: Identify target audiences, craft engaging offers, and design marketing initiatives to secure B2B leads for client acquisition.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Content and Campaigns to produce engaging, high-value content.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign success metrics, adjusting actions based on insights to refine Google Ads and campaign-strategy performance.
- Budget Management: Allocate and oversee the demand generation budget to ensure optimal ROI across all initiatives.
- Sales Synergy: Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead qualification criteria and support campaign goals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop country-specific and region-focused strategies for competitive expansion.

Requirements
Experience
- Minimum: 3-5 years of proven experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
- Preference for candidates with B2B SaaS or industry-leading tech vendors exposure.
Skills & Attributes
- Deep knowledge across all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, pay-per-click (PPC), email campaigns, and social media strategies.
- High attention to detail and a perfectionist approach to deliver flawless execution.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data trends, draw conclusions, and direct data-driven decision-making.
- Creativity and storytelling ability to craft compelling messaging for targeted audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with flair for persuasion and collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Technical Proficiency
- Marketing automation platforms: HubSpot, Marketo, salesforce tools.
- CRM systems: Salesforce or similar.
- Analytics tools: proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and revenue attribution systems.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines; industry experience preferred if education gap exists.
