Sales Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Location: UK Remote / Hybrid Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + OTE
The Opportunity We're working with an award-winning Microsoft Solutions Partner that helps ambitious organisations transform the way they operate through Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
As growth continues across the business, they're looking to appoint a commercially driven Dynamics 365 Sales Lead to play a key role in the next phase of their journey.
This is a senior, hands-on sales position focused on generating, managing and closing high-value Microsoft Business Applications opportunities across:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
- Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
You'll join a business with an established reputation, a strong Microsoft relationship, an experienced delivery team and a healthy flow of opportunities already entering the business through Microsoft referrals, partner relationships, marketing campaigns, events and existing networks.
The opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, owning opportunities from first conversation through to close, and becoming a recognised commercial figure within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
- Own and deliver an agreed new business revenue target
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across Dynamics 365, Business Central and Power Platform opportunities
- Lead opportunities from qualification through to close
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
Microsoft & Partner Ecosystem Development
- Develop strong relationships across Microsoft, particularly SMC teams
- Generate and accelerate co-sell opportunities
- Build relationships with MSPs, referral partners and strategic partners
- Stay aligned with Microsoft funding programmes, priorities and go-to-market initiatives
Solution Selling & Commercial Leadership
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants to shape customer solutions
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Own proposal development, commercial structuring and contract negotiations
- Clearly articulate business value and transformation outcomes
Events, Marketing & Demand Generation
- Support and participate in webinars, roundtables, exhibitions and industry events
- Generate opportunities through event-led business development activities
- Collaborate closely with marketing to maximise campaign conversion
- Contribute to thought leadership and market visibility

Brand & Market Presence
- Represent the organisation at Microsoft, partner and industry events
- Build credibility as a trusted advisor within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strengthen relationships across customers, partners and Microsoft stakeholders
What Success Looks Like The successful person will bring a proven track record of selling Microsoft Business Applications solutions and will be able to demonstrate experience in:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)
- Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Microsoft Power Platform
You'll be comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment, balancing strategic relationship building with hands-on opportunity management.
Most importantly, you'll know how to turn conversations into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
Whether opportunities originate through Microsoft, events, partner referrals, marketing campaigns or your own network, you'll have the commercial instinct and sales discipline to move them forward and get them over the line.
