Role Overview
As Sales Lead – UK, you will be the commercial spearhead for our UK expansion. This isn’t just a sales role—it’s a market-building mission. You’ll:
- Ignite the UK business from scratch.
- Land flagship clients and establish PriceAgent as a global leader in pricing insights.
- Drive enterprise and mid-market adoption across CPG, retail, DTC/e-commerce, SaaS, durables, and more.

- A full-time leadership role
- Equity ownership (a real seat on the cap table)
You’ll work alongside a small but determined team as we redouble UK efforts. Flexible and mission-minded candidates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
During Contract Engagement:
- Commission: 15–20% on new business ACV
- Milestone bonuses for anchor wins & market impact
Upon Transition to Full-Time:
- Base salary: USD 120,000–150,000
- Variable OTE: USD 60,000–100,000+
- Total OTE potential: USD 180,000–250,000+
- Equity: Meaningful options for candidates shaping UK expansion
What You’ll Do
- Build the UK market from zero to scalable revenue
- Own the full sales cycle for entprise and mid-market accounts
- Open doors across CPG, retail, DTC/e-commerce, SaaS, durables+—fueling territory coverage
- Wind strategic anchors that become long-term success stories
- Represent PriceAgent UK at key client and industry events
- Feed real market intel directly back to the CEO and Product Team
- Shape the blueprint for future UK & Europe sales growth

What You Bring
We’re looking for entrepreneurial sales leaders with a track record of crushing quotas and driving B2B SaaS success—especially in consumer-centric spaces. We’d love to see you check (or exceed!) the following:
✅ 5–10+ years B2B SaaS/Insights/Analytics sales experience ✅ Proven ability to win mid-market and enterprise deals ✅ A hunter mentality with strategic finesse—you thrive in chaos ✅ Sharp storytelling and commercial communication skills ✅ UK-based with limited travel flexibility (post-startup hub) ✅ Bonus: Experience in pricing, WTP or market research—but not required
