Your Mission
Reporting to the Commercial Director / Founders and working closely with the Special Projects Manager, you'll own the on the ground expansion of Stasher's partner network across the UK. You'll do two things brilliantly: close independent, single site partners at speed, and unlock the multi site chain and enterprise deals that scale coverage fast.

What You'll Do
- Use internal demand data to target and prioritise the highest value sites and areas.
- Source, qualify and sign new partners, from independent shops and hotels to car parks, supermarket and hotel chains and transport hubs.
- Run multichannel outbound campaigns (email, phone, in person, Zoom) and own every deal from first contact to signature.
- Work with Ops, Product and Marketing to launch new sites smoothly and shorten time to launch.
- Manage your key accounts, hit growth targets and spot expansion and upsell opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- A proven B2B new business track record, closing both single site deals at speed and complex, multi stakeholder chain or enterprise agreements.
- A clear, persuasive communicator on email, phone and in person.
- Happy to travel regularly across the UK, with a hands on, self starting startup mindset.
- Bonus points if you bring an existing network you can activate from day one (hotel groups, retail or supermarket chains, car park operators, councils) and/or experience scaling a physical network such as parcel points, lockers, EV charging or vending.
