Sales Leader – Full Time (2 Positions Available) | Notting Hill (Wrap London) & South Kensington (POETRY Fashion) | Up to £30,000 per annum (D.O.E.)

Selective Marketplace Ltd is a privately owned company with two premium womenswear brands: Wrap London and POETRY Fashion.

At the heart of both brands is a passion for natural fabrics and the creation of beautiful, timeless clothing. Designed in our studio near Putney Bridge, our collections are inspired by fashion, art, and culture, creating an effortless sense of modern luxury.

As We Continue To Grow, We Are Looking For Two Passionate And Driven Sales Leaders To Join Our London Retail Team

Wrap London – Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill

POETRY Fashion – Walton Street, South Kensington

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of our premium brands and play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Leader

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate the in-store team, leading by example on the shop floor to drive performance.
  • Confidently manage store opening and closing procedures, while supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and planning.
  • Deliver an exceptional premium shopping experience, ensuring outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
  • Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards in line with brand expectations.
  • Support the achievement of store sales targets and key performance indicators.

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a premium or luxury retail environment (essential).
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, Senior Sales Assistant, or Team Leader role.
  • Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • A confident leader with strong commercial awareness and the ability to motivate others.
  • A genuine passion for premium fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom and able to reliably commute to either Notting Hill or South Kensington, depending on the role.
