ADP is hiring a Sales Learning Coach.

Closing date: 3rd August

Hybrid working

In this position you will serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders and the sellers using coaching, facilitation, analytics and AI-enabled learning solutions to improve sales productivity and business outcomes.

You will facilitate a (virtual) classroom environment that simulates the sales environment and develop sales associates through role-play observation, focused feedback, skill gap analysis, and coaching. You will also design coaching plans with actions and opportunities that will lead to specific business results and provide ongoing communication to sales leaders regarding associate aptitude and performance. In addition you will work with our instructional design team and other functional areas across the organization to validate the relevance of the content and collaborate with sales leadership to identify and execute on key strategic productivity and development initiatives for the salesforce.

In addition to facilitating recurring new hire programs, and ad-hoc corporate initiatives, you are in a way an entrepreneur for your territory and in collaboration with the stakeholders create and deliver booster or deep-dive workshops.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Train sales associates, with a strong focus on new hires, on ADP’s sales process, sales messaging, sales methodology (e.g. Challenger Sale, MEDDICC), sales skills and (AI-supported) sales tools.
  • Facilitate real-world environment for immediate, on the job application of the learning.
  • Employ Brandon Hall Group award-winning onboarding training through virtual, instructor-led and coaching-based facilitation.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and mastery of the coaching model in a variety of learning modalities.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the business, marketplace, competition and strength of ADP's solutions.
  • Proven ability to scope, collaborate, communicate and execute on custom facilitation requests with internal and external business partners.
  • Effectively engages leadership to play a key role in reinforcing the learning.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales associates and sales leaders.
  • Provides written and verbal feedback to the Instructional Design team, and at times create resources and assets yourself.
  • Execute corporate initiatives when needed.
  • Approximately 10-20% of travel could be required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Experience: Minimum of three years of successful sales performance or related experience.
  • Education: BA or BS in Education, Business or Human Resources required.
  • Language: business English is required, additional languages are a plus.
  • Attitude: energetic, team player, flexible, coachable, genuinely curious, go-getter, diligent, AI-adopter.
