About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our team. This is a full administrative position, providing essential support to the wider finance team. The role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Cash posting and allocation, including accessing bank statements and preparing both GBP and foreign currency transactions
- Logging claims accurately on the internal portal
- Texting up accounts to ensure records are up to date and accurate
- Raising credit notes and invoices in a timely manner
- Managing both manual and automated billing processes
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Confident handling financial data and working with numbers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role is desirable but not essential
