Exciting Permanent Opportunity for a Full-Time Sales Ledger Manager

Description
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, train, and mentor the Sales Ledger team.
- Set performance targets.
- Conduct appraisals.
- Manage staff workloads.
Invoicing & Processing
- Raise accurate client invoices.
- Verify VAT details.
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and HMRC tax regulations.
Cash Allocation & Reconciliation
- Process incoming payments.
- Match receipts to unpaid invoices.
- Perform regular multi-currency bank reconciliations.

Debt Management
- Chase overdue accounts.

Profile
A Successful Professional Should Have
- Strong knowledge of sales ledger processes and financial operations.
- Experience managing a SL team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Offer
- Paying circa £65,000.
