🏙️ Sales & Lettings Administrator 📍 Canary Wharf 💰 £30,000 - £35,000 🕘 Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm | Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Looking to build your career within one of London's most exciting property markets? We're working with a highly respected, established estate agency in the heart of Canary Wharf who are looking for an organised, proactive and ambitious Sales & Lettings Administrator to support their busy and successful office.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across both Residential Sales & Lettings, working alongside experienced negotiators and property professionals in a fast-paced environment.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing
✅ Creating property particulars, brochures and online listings ✅ Managing property portals including Rightmove & Zoopla ✅ Supporting sales progression from offer through to completion ✅ Assisting with tenancy progression and compliance ✅ Preparing tenancy agreements, contracts and supporting documentation ✅ Conducting AML checks and maintaining regulatory compliance ✅ Liaising with solicitors, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers ✅ Coordinating appointments, viewings and meetings ✅ Providing first-class administrative support to a busy office

✔ Previous administration experience within BOTH sales and lettings (essential) ✔ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail ✔ Strong communication and customer service skills ✔ Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems ✔ Someone who thrives in a busy, team-focused environment ✔ Proactive, professional and eager to learn
