Qube Residential have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales & Lettings Manager to lead our negotiator team from our Manchester office, with oversight of our Liverpool sales and lettings negotiators.
As a fast-growing agency covering quality properties across the North West, this is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who wants to step up from a senior negotiator role into full team management, shaping performance, standards, and development across two of our offices.
This role suits someone with strong sales and lettings experience and a track record of supervising, coaching, or managing negotiators, who is ready to take ownership of team targets, conversion, and service standards while still staying close to the deals.
Responsibilities
- Line-managing Sales & Lettings Negotiators across Manchester and Liverpool
- Setting and driving team targets for sales and lettings conversion
- Overseeing enquiries, viewings, offers, and negotiations to a consistently high standard
- Managing the progression of sales and tenancies through to completion
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior and senior negotiators
- Recruiting and onboarding new negotiators as the team grows
- Acting as the escalation point for complex negotiations and client issues
- Ensuring compliance with right-to-rent, AML, and current lettings legislation
- Reporting team performance and pipeline to senior management
- Managing your own portfolio of key clients alongside your management duties

About You
- Proven experience in a Sales & Lettings Negotiator role, ideally at senior level
- Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or managing a team
- Strong knowledge of the property market and sales/lettings processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing performance across more than one office
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, and approachable
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to travel between Manchester and Liverpool as needed

Contract Details
- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Base: Manchester, with regular travel to Liverpool
