Sales & Logistics Coordinator | 4-Day Week (Hybrid/Weybridge HQ)
About the Role
This role supports the supply chain team and combines sales coordination with logistics planning. The company offers:
- 4-day week (Monday–Thursday)
- Hybrid working flexibility

Responsibilities
You will oversee end-to-end coordination for UK-IE sales and logistics, including:
- Order Management
- Handling order streams for UK-IE retailers, marketplaces, and e-commerce portals
- Processing orders in NetSuite, ensuring timely delivery within service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Customer Service & Support
- Managing enquiries and delivering exceptional service
- Liaising with customers to resolve issues efficiently
- Logistics Coordination
- Scheduling transport and deliveries
- Supporting logistics planning and ensuring cost-effective operations
- Operational Efficiency
- Analysing operational data to drive process improvements
- Supporting decision-making with actionable insights
- Sales Support
- Assisting in meeting sales targets through:
- Supply chain forecasting
- Stock management & planning
- Clear communication & organisation

Requirements
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with:
✅ 2–5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within:
- Sales support
- Logistics/planning
- Supply chain or operations
✅ Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Strong written/spoken English (excellent communication & customer service)
- Analytical mindset with proven organisational abilities
- Proficient in Excel (reporting, data tracking)
- Familiarity with NetSuite or ERP systems (adaptable to new tools if required)
- Confidence in coordinating transport, scheduling deliveries, and logistics planning
- Passion for accuracy—thriving in process-driven environments
- Proactive approach to customer satisfaction and process improvement
