To expand our EMEA Team, we are looking for a full-time Sales Manager – UK
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the UK region
- Drive market expansion and revenue growth
- Gain market insights into pricing, product offerings, and market entry strategies by collecting customer feedback, market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management

- Capture customer and channel partner expectations
- Present tailored product solutions to maximize value and satisfaction
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to foster long-term business growth
Sales Operations
- Execute external sales work and implement internal processes in coordination with the sales operation team
- Ensure operational efficiency and conscientious accountability
Marketing & Events
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
- Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and attract potential customers
Required Skills and Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Automation, Logistics & Transportation, or a related field; an engineering or technical background is a plus
- 5+ years of sales experience in industries such as material handling, intralogistics, transportation, and warehouse automation (e.g., 3PL, e-commerce, retail, apparel, and other specialized sectors); experience and expertise in automation and robotics equipment would be an asset
- Proven experience in project implementation within intralogistics and warehouse automation
- Demonstrated track record in regional sales management, customer management, and project execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, risk-taking, adaptable, innovative, and customer-centric
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced work environments, navigating different cultural and business contexts
- Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient English is required, other European languages are preferred
- Business travel around 50 percent is required
