About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager in London, passionate about video marketing and execution, while consistently striving to exceed the expectations of clients, team members, and colleagues.
The candidate is responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships primarily with media agencies
- Generating new business
- Driving revenue in a fast-paced and rapidly changing industry
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with outstanding digital sales experience and a passion for digital media and innovation.
The Sales Manager is dynamic, strategic, and analytical, with experience in the video marketing sphere, both on and off YouTube. They are passionate about continuously learning about video marketing offerings, digital media, and YouTube/off-YouTube platform capabilities.
Through meticulous attention to detail, the candidate can manage complex projects with ease, whether requiring organizational skills, statistical analysis, or business acumen, and always embraces the opportunity to put in extra effort.

Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the local Sales effort
- Market Channel Factory products to media agencies and clients
- Provide buyers with the right tools & knowledge to advocate our service
- Responsible for creating the sales strategy and executing it into growth opportunities and revenue with the Management team
- Manage the day-to-day work with the Account Management team
- Lead ownership of agencies and partnerships -Identify new sales opportunities through networking and develop long-term partnerships (mostly with media agencies and direct clients)
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new clients and presenting Channel Factory’s products/services to closing deals
- Provide actionable insights and solutions to agencies based on their video advertising goals and Channel Factory’s capabilities, while also negotiating costs and terms to secure win-win partnerships
- Take full responsibility for agency partnerships, including:
- How to expand the partnership
- Which Channel Factory products best meet their requirements
- What clients and budgets they have
- Identifying key contacts
- Educate agencies on the importance of Brand Safety and Brand Suitability on YouTube, and the superiority of Channel Factory’s technology over other options
- Forecast, track, and report sales performance, including budget, timelines, probability of closure, etc.
- Collaborate with internal Client Solutions, AdOps, and international sales teams to ensure proper campaign execution and alignment with clients’ objectives

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of digital sales experience in the UK region
- Bonus: Experience in YouTube or digital video (not mandatory)
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with major holding and independent media agencies (preference given to candidates with direct contacts)
- Strong ambition to excel in both individual and team revenue goals, demonstrated through a high number of meetings and deals
- Ability to execute a high volume of pitches, meetings, and follow-up discussions
- Willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients’ video-marketing objectives, brand ROI, media buying cycles, and key performance metrics
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as premium communication and presentation skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to:
- Assess clients’ needs
- Evaluate options
- Make swift decisions
- Draw conclusions and exercise judgment efficiently
- Knowledge of sales negotiation and market research principles
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
- Video conferencing tools
