Sales Manager

Equipment Sales Manager – Catering & Foodservice Industry

About the Role

The Equipment Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue targets and expand the company’s market share in catering equipment across the UK&I region. This role involves strategic product launches, customer engagement, and market penetration to grow the business.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within catering or foodservice.
  • Strong motivation, results-driven mindset, and passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and boost market share.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including engagement with key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer-facing engagements.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in foodservice or catering equipment.
  • Strong industry knowledge of the foodservice market.
  • Track record of successful sales strategy execution.
  • Excelent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to take ownership.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Availability to travel when required.
