Balmoral Tanks Ltd is a leading European engineering design and manufacturing company. Following significant investment in both our people and facilities, we now offer what is believed to be the most comprehensive single-source range of tank products in the EU.
We’re looking for a confident and credible leader with a strong track record in sales management. The Sales Manager will be a hands-on leadership role focused on customer relationships, pipeline management, and winning business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Build deep customer relationships and drive account growth
- Manage pipeline, forecast sales, and deliver revenue targets
- Lead negotiations and support the team in closing deals
- Maintain strong market, pricing, and product knowledge
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations

About You
- Proven experience in sales leadership or account management
- Strong track record of winning business and delivering growth
- Skilled negotiator with strong commercial awareness
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience in construction, engineering, or related sectors preferred
