We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager to join our team and take the lead on improving sales effectiveness and productivity, and helping meet our aspirations for growth.

You will oversee & be responsible for:

  • Leading, inspiring, and mentoring a high-performing New Business sales team
  • Overseeing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring effective lead generation, pipeline management, and an efficient end-to-end sales cycle
  • Implementing performance metrics (KPIs) and evaluation systems to monitor team performance and providing coaching and support
  • Mobilising your team to deliver against targets, staying close to individual performance with minimum weekly check ins to monitor execution and support development
  • Ensuring proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for reliable reporting and data analysis
  • Maintaining awareness of client and market concerns, competitor developments, activity and feedback relevant information to build broader awareness

Experience, Skills & Personal Qualities Required:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the SaaS or business software industry
  • Demonstrable history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving substantial revenue growth
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., solution selling, SaaS sales models) and market trends
