Job Title: Overseas Client Development & Technical Support Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and maintain relationships with overseas business clients for assigned accounts
  • Provide comprehensive product and solution support to clients, including:
    • Requirements analysis
    • Solution design
    • Live demonstrations
    • Technical presentations
  • Offer on-site technical support, debugging, and issue resolution for clients during product usage
  • Collaborate in project implementation, focusing on system integration solutions
  • Assist the after-sales team in troubleshooting and resolving client issues

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Telecommunications or a related field
  • Proven experience in overseas automotive pre-sales technical support, including:
    • Access to international automotive client resources
    • Familiarity with system integration solution design and deployment
  • Fluent in English with strong technical communication skills for overseas client interactions
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork
  • Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and capable of performing effectively under pressure
