Job Title: Overseas Client Development & Technical Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, and maintain relationships with overseas business clients for assigned accounts
- Provide comprehensive product and solution support to clients, including:
- Requirements analysis
- Solution design
- Live demonstrations
- Technical presentations
- Offer on-site technical support, debugging, and issue resolution for clients during product usage
- Collaborate in project implementation, focusing on system integration solutions
- Assist the after-sales team in troubleshooting and resolving client issues

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Telecommunications or a related field
- Proven experience in overseas automotive pre-sales technical support, including:
- Access to international automotive client resources
- Familiarity with system integration solution design and deployment
- Fluent in English with strong technical communication skills for overseas client interactions
- Exceptional communication and teamwork
- Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and capable of performing effectively under pressure
