About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales activity and play a central role in the hotel’s commercial success.

This role is about more than simply hitting targets—it’s about creating clarity, direction and momentum.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring and developing the sales team
  • Building trusted relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and external stakeholders
  • Designing smart, market-respondant strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth across corporate, group, and agency sales.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and deliver clear, effective sales strategies aligned with the hotel’s overall commercial goals
  • Proactively generate new business leads and identify opportunities to grow market share
  • Work closely with Revenue Management to align pricing strategies for optimal commercial performance

Relationship & Team Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key external stakeholders
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to foster confidence, capability, and consistent performance
  • Maintain a positive, focused team environment while ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded

Performance & Compliance

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on activity, trends, and results
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements

Brand Representation

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums
