Sales Manager

Sales Manager | Sales Lead | Head of Sales – Premium FMCG Brand (Team Awesome)

Are you in sales and looking for a business that aligns with your values, speaks your language, and drives real results?

Do you thrive in a goal-oriented, high-ambition environment with a clear career progression?

You might have found it.

This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to be part of Team Awesome.

About the Role

This is a fast-growing FMCG brand, built on strong foundations but now scaling with bigger ambitions. They’ve been through the startup phase, the figuring-it-out phase, the "test, fail, repeat" phase, and are now ready to disrupt their industry with a premium, value-led brand that really makes a difference to consumers.

They need someone with:

  • Sales Management experience (preferably selling products vs. services)
  • A track record of winning business, building relationships, and developing long-term strategies
  • The ability to lead a small team, inspire them, and hold them accountable
  • A performance-driven mindset with a reputation for delivering exceptional service

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
