Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Aberdeen, UK (Silverfield House, Aberdeen Energy park)

Employment Type: Full-time

Industry: Subsea Technology / Maritime Electronics / Energy / Scientific / Defense

About Impact Subsea

At the heart of Impact Subsea is a passion for questioning the status quo and driving technology forward. We design and manufacture a groundbreaking range of underwater sensor solutions—including advanced sonars, altimeters, and depth sensors. With a flat hierarchy, a highly collaborative culture, and an excellent working environment, we provide the ultimate platform for our team to innovate and grow.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, technically minded Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts from our Aberdeen headquarters. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial leadership, managing the full sales lifecycle, supporting our global distributor network, and driving revenue growth across the underwater, ROV, and AUV markets.

If you thrive in an environment that blends technical problem-solving with strategic business development, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
