Role Responsibilities

  • Manage Daily Sales Performance:

    • Responsible for overseeing the show's daily sales performance.
    • Assist the Event Director and Show Manager in ensuring sales strategies are created and implemented.
  • Financial Success:

    • Collaborate with the Event Director and Show Manager to ensure the financial success of the event.
    • Introduce sales activities as needed to meet and exceed show targets.

  • Staff Management:

    • Manage and motivate junior staff to meet company standards and performance.
    • Provide training and support to junior staff as necessary.

    • Work with the Event Director and Show Manager to liaise with other departments such as operations, marketing, and the show team.
    • Ensure the smooth running of the event, as well as planning and post-event responsibilities.
