Bristol | Hybrid Working

The Opportunity
Love developing salespeople but still enjoy winning business yourself?
This is an opportunity to join one of Bristol's most exciting Tech for Good businesses as they continue to scale their commercial team.
We're looking for a Sales Team Lead to coach, mentor and develop a growing team of Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Managers, whilst continuing to win new business yourself.
This is a genuine player-manager opportunity. Around half of your time will be spent leading from the front: helping your team develop their skills, improve conversion rates and successfully manage opportunities through the sales process. The other half will see you building your own pipeline, closing strategic opportunities and setting the standard through your own performance.
If you're someone who gets genuine satisfaction from helping others succeed but still has the drive, resilience and competitive edge of a top-performing salesperson, this could be the perfect next step.
The Company
Our client is a market-leading social impact technology business helping some of the UK's largest organisations create measurable social and environmental impact within their local communities.
Their award-winning platform enables businesses to deliver employee volunteering programmes, financial support initiatives and surplus product donation schemes, whilst providing the insight and reporting needed to demonstrate real ESG and CSR impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
