Sales Manager (12–15 Month Fixed-Term Contract – Maternity Cover)

Join the Booja-Booja Team

We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to join Booja-Booja on a 12–15 month fixed-term maternity cover contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small, dedicated sales team while playing a key role in delivering our commercial strategy. We're looking for someone who not only has the skills and experience to drive sales growth but who will also be a great cultural fit for our values, our team and our much-loved brand.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and as a member of the Management Team, you'll be responsible for leading the sales function across all customer channels. You'll manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies and forecasts, and ensure the team delivers against revenue, margin and profitability targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
