About the Role
This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional who wants to make a real impact while enjoying the flexibility to balance work around other commitments. Working 24 hours per week on a permanent basis, you'll become the face of the hotel within the local business community, building relationships, creating new opportunities and securing corporate business that drives revenue growth.

A Day in the Life of...
As our Hotel Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the hotel's commercial performance by building strong relationships with local businesses, organisations and key decision-makers. Acting as an ambassador for the hotel, you'll identify new opportunities, develop corporate accounts and create partnerships that deliver long-term value.

Working closely with the wider hotel team, you'll help shape sales activity, drive new business and ensure every client experiences the same level of hospitality and service we pride ourselves on delivering to our guests. You'll be highly visible both within the hotel and across the local market, comfortable building connections, attending networking events and representing the business with confidence.
What We Need From You
You'll bring previous experience in a sales, business development or account management role, ideally within hospitality, hotels, events or a service-led environment. More importantly, you'll enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities and creating commercial partnerships that generate results.
You'll be a confident communicator, able to engage with a wide range of people and represent the hotel professionally both internally and externally. You'll also be organised, proactive and comfortable managing your own priorities while working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
Most importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for hospitality, exceptional customer experiences and helping the hotel achieve its commercial ambitions.
