Sales Manager
Sales Manager – Enterprise SaaS & MarTech Leadership
Are you a high-performing sales leader, or an experienced enterprise seller, with a proven track record in SaaS and MarTech, ready to step into leadership?
We're seeking a Sales Manager to lead our UK-based Sales team, managing six Account Executives and a Business Development team, driving revenue growth across the UK and EMEA.
About the Role
Our Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving new business across the UK and EMEA
- Building a high-performing, customer-centric sales organisation
- Coaching, developing, and leading a scalable sales team
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine commercial strategy and execution
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching, complex sales, and fostering high-performance culture.
Success here means: You’ll remain actively involved in strategic selling, deal coaching, and executive customer engagements—even though no personal quota applies.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development
- Coach and guide six Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Reps (BDRs) to consistently generate high-quality pipeline and revenue
- Foster a high-performance sales culture centred on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Accelerate sales across the UK & EMEA, securing high-value enterprise deals
- Ensure predictable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management
- Partner with Marketing on inbound lead optimisation to convert leads into qualifies opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Solutions to refine go-to-market strategy

Operational Excellence
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting
- Lead high-level reviews with the VP of Sales on strategy and execution

Strategic Execution & Deal Involvement
- Actively support complex sales cycles in key accounts
- Engage in executive customer meetings as needed
What You’ll Bring to Playable
- Proven experience in SaaS & MarTech sales, either as a leader or top-performing contributor
- Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Strong leadership & coaching skills – you thrive in team development and culture-building
- Deep expertise in sales strategies, complex B2B buying cycles, and consultative selling
- Business acumen with ability to align solutions with customer’s commercial needs (e.g. MarTech innovation)
- Data-driven mindset with forecasting, pipeline, and performance analytics mastery
- Enthusiasm for innovation—specifically digital marketing, gamification & new tech
- Fast-paced, scalable environment comfort—we’re a high-growth startup with big goals
- Full professional English fluency (additional European languages a plus)
