360 Degree Brewing is an independent craft brewery based at the stunning Highweald Wine Estate (a sister Company within the Cadman Capital Group) near Haywards Heath in West Sussex, on the edge of the South Downs. We were established in 2013 with a focus on producing modern, hop-forward beers while also brewing well-balanced traditional styles.

This is a new role, created to allow a talented individual the opportunity to lead the commercial function for 360Degree Brewing at a key stage of our development. We have a strong established business, with a core and enthusiastic following in the trade. Our ambition is for further growth, outside of our heartland and into new channels of distribution. It is an excellent role for an individual who feels they have the pertinent skills and instincts to shape the business going forward. This role is for an individual who thrives in having autonomy, displays first class customer focus and flourishes when out in trade.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
