Are you a commercially driven Sales Manager with experience selling into the hotel and hospitality sector?
We're partnering with a leading national service provider looking to appoint an ambitious Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation with an outstanding reputation, a strong customer base and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities with both independent and national hotel groups across your territory. This is a field-based role where you'll have the autonomy to manage your region, build long-term client relationships and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within the hotel and hospitality sector
- Build relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Procurement teams and key decision-makers
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to exceed revenue targets
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and tailored commercial proposals
- Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities through to completion
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Represent the business professionally and strengthen its presence within the hospitality market

About You
- Proven B2B sales experience selling into hotels or the wider hospitality sector
- A successful track record of winning new business
- Experience in field sales, Business Development or Sales Management
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills
- The ability to work independently while managing a large geographical territory
- Full UK driving licence
- Ideally based within the Midlands or Birmingham area.
