Sales Manager uCheck
Location: Based in Exeter | Must be able to travel to Reading (Dual Location)

2026 is set to be a game changer for uCheck, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to helm our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to shape the future of our sales organisation.
You will lead our B2B sales team, primarily from our Exeter office, while regularly travelling to Reading for cross-site collaboration, team culture building, and business-wide alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Develop:
- Motivate, coach, and empower a high-performing B2B sales team
- Identify individual strengths and growth areas to help team members reach their potential
- Foster a culture of excellence, where collaboration beats ego

Drive Performance:
- Utilise CRM data (Salesforce or similar) and sales metrics to monitor progress
- Deliver regular feedback, coaching, and KPI analysis to continually raise standards
- Ensure the team exceeds targets while maintaining a results-first mindset

Champion Engagement:
- Cultivate a positive, energetic sales culture where every team member feels supported, challenged, and motivated
- Strengthen cross-team relationships to drive cohesion and performance
